Overseas Strategic Advisory is a leading consulting firm with a geographic focus on West Africa. OSA provides tailored, market-based commercial and development strategic advisory for West Africa. We support companies and institutions across the private, public and social sector in order to generate growth strategies for their business in the West African market. We assist and advise our clients throughout their project lifecycle, market entry and research, identifying investments and business opportunities, legal and administrative tasks. We work with startups, SMEs, large enterprises, investors, institutions and governments, and we have successfully helped our clients improve their performance and presence in West Africa. Previous clients include international companies in the energy, healthcare, water and agriculture sector. Furthermore, we work closely with European and West African Governments. Our consulting approach is multi-sectoral and multi-disciplined across the following sectors: infrastructure, transport, telecommunication, energy, gas, mining, health, agriculture, water, distributions, industry, tourism and finance.
We help companies with market entry strategies, including extensive market and sectorial analysis as well as business and delegation trips.
We engage in investment promotion, strenghtening relations between corporates and governments, and showcasing attractive investment opportunities.

He is currently completing an Executive Master in Entrepreneurship & Innovation at HEC in Paris.
Frans has more than 5 years international experience in education and intercultural activities. He worked for different cultural and educational institutions in France, Germany and the Netherlands. He also works as translator, interpreter and moderator for international conferences (E/FR/GER/D). Frans graduated from University of Leiden (M.A.), Radboud University of Nijmegen (M.A.) and Ecole du Louvre.
Yves-Constant has 9 years work experience logistic, sustainable development and energy sector. in Africa He is graduated in Business Administration from Great Chapel College and Holborn College in London. Scope Countries : Côte d’Ivoire, Nigeria, Ghana
Franck has more than 8 years work experience in finance. He worked for KPMG Advisory, Natixis Asset Management and Natixis Wealth Management advising institutional and private investors. Within Société Générale, he coordinated relationship with french regulator ACPR and European Central Bank. Franck holds a Master degree in international Finance from ESLSCA Business School.
Romuald has more than 10 years of experience in the energy sector in West and Central Africa. He worked for Alstom, Grid Solutions and Voith in the area of implementation of commercial strategies, negotiations and project management (range from 5k € to 500M €). Romuald holds a Master in European Business from ESCP Europe, and a Msc in Energy Systems from IMT Atlantique, a leading French engineering school.
Sandrina has more than 10 years of experience in business development in West and Central Africa in the banking sector and in several industries. Before joining OSA Private Equity, Sandrina worked at the African Development Bank in Ivory Coast and as Vice-President Business development for Indorama in Nigeria. She holds an MBA from the Lancaster University Business School in the United Kingdom and a Masters in Human Sciences from the University of Paris VIII in France..
